The 2022 Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals Presented by General Tire take place on January 10-15, pitting some of the best drivers against each other on dirt tracks. There will be several full-time NASCAR Cup Series stars in attendance for the high-profile week of racing, including two-time defending Chili Bowl champion Kyle Larson.

The Chili Bowl Nationals officials released the entry list for the upcoming week of racing, which featured a record-setting 380 competitors. There were several talented dirt racers on the list, along with Larson, Christopher Bell, Ricky Stenhouse Jr., Alex Bowman, Chase Elliott, Chase Briscoe, and Ryan Newman.

Starting with the 2022 event, the...more Shortly after announcing a record-breaking number of entries on Sunday night, Lucas Oil Chili Bowl Nationals officials released the highly-anticipated rosters for five nights of preliminary action.

With 380 entries currently submitted for the crown jewel of Midget racing, drivers will be split up into five nights of preliminary action. Each night, only two drivers will lock themselves into the main event on Saturday, January 15.

Preliminary action gets underway on Monday, January 10 with Cummins Qualifying Night. Since the addition of the Monday qualifying night in 2019, Logan Seavey (2019) and Cannon McIntosh (2020 & 2021) have been victorious.
